Cheap Ways to Mod Electric Go Karts

  Hello, I have a 24V electric go kart I made from the plans on the website. I like it, but I wouldn't mind making it faster. Any thoughts?

  A couple months ago my friend and I also made that go kart. We also thought it would be fun to make it faster, and we ended up just switching to a 48V motor. You can find them for under $100, and they make the kart pretty fast (25-35 mph).

  I just added the 48V motor on and wow, it is fast. Feels like 80mph (though like 30 irl), would def recommend.
